WE ARE MOBILE, WHICH MEANS WE COME TO YOU! 

1. Call us to make an appointment: 877-827-8246

Call us to set up an appointment during a time that is convenient to you.  When you call, a representative will gather information such as your name, date of birth, and insurance information.  At this time, you will be able to schedule an appointment.

2. Look for a phone call & email the day before your scheduled appointment

You will receive a phone call & email the day before your appointment as a reminder (if you choose).  We also send out all paper work to be signed via Adobe Docusign.

3. Start Your Recovery

That's it!  Your physical therapist will meet you, as scheduled, and you can begin your road to improvement!
