Physical Therapist
Sydney graduated magna cum laude at San Diego State University, with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. She also worked part-time at the Marine Room in La Jolla, California as a manager for all private events. Sydney continued on to attain her Doctor of Physical Therapy from San Diego State University, a true Aztec for life!
The mentorship she has received from professors, clinical instructors and beyond has shaped her passion for providing excellent patient care and providing education to all patients. In addition to utilizing evidence-based practice, she applies individualized patient-centered structure into her treatments. Sydney highly values creating lasting personal connections with each patient she sees.
When she isn’t treating patients, she loves spending time exercising at her favorite barre studio, Pure Barre! Sydney has a love for traveling all around the world, especially with her grandma, her favorite travel partner. She is a foodie and wino that loves adventuring to find the newest and best restaurants around town.
Royal graduated with honors from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology: Pre-Physical Therapy. He then advanced towards earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. He also holds a Certification in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) from the Gray Institute which he regularly utilizes and integrates into his clinical practice.
Royal has worked in the outpatient setting, regularly treating a wide variety of sports injuries and post-op surgical rehab across all age populations and backgrounds. His passion is to help others improve their function, promote long-term wellness, and get people back to doing what they love through one-on-one patient-centered care.
Royal is a proud San Diego native and loves adventuring outdoors with his wife. His other favorite recreational activities rotate between playing volleyball, basketball, working on cars, and fishing.
Angelique Adams graduated with honors from the University of Arizona with her Bachelors of Science in Physiology and minor in Psychology. Angel then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University’s accelerated PT program located on the Phoenix Biomedical Campus. Shortly after graduating, she moved to California and began her physical therapy career.
Angel has worked as an outpatient physical therapist treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions in youth and adults. In addition, she works as a home health early intervention therapist treating motor developmental delays in babies and toddlers. She enjoys treating patients across the entire lifespan and is passionate about improving function and fulfillment in all individuals. Angel is dedicated to personalized one-on-one quality care, where PT sessions are both collaborative and fun. Outside of work, Angel loves to hike, try new foodie recommendations, and perform with her ladies Latin dance team.
Aaron graduated with Bachelor’s in health science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma. Since beginning his journey in physical therapy, he has taken the opportunity to practice in various inpatient and outpatient settings. He has treated patients from all age groups and diverse backgrounds. Throughout his career he has remained dedicated to helping people regain function with a wide array of medical diagnoses, as well as sports injuries and post surgical rehabilitation. He believes that best outcomes are achieved with a personalized one on one approach that puts the patient first.
Aaron is a San Diego native and enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and dog relaxing with the family.
Adra graduated with high honors from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA where she attained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During graduate school she worked as a certified personal trainer, helping people get stronger with personalized and creative workouts.
With her clinical experience, Adra has worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, treating a variety of patients from neuro to pelvic floor to general orthopedic conditions. She has a passion for neuro rehabilitation and is currently certified in Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR!). Adra is dedicated to creating a positive physical therapy experience by helping patients attain their personal goals, increase their independence, and achieve a higher quality of life.
Outside of work, Adra loves to rollerblade, go rock climbing, attend kickboxing classes, and read at the beach.
Alyssa grew up in New Jersey, where she stayed active by playing soccer and basketball. Early in her life, she fell in love with physical therapy when she realized the huge impact it could have on people’s lives. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at San Diego State University, where she received her B.S in Kinesiology and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, respectfully.
She loves going to the beach, going on long walks with her dog, spending time at the gym lifting weights, and hiking.
Amorita graduated from Eastern Washington University with her Bachelors in Exercise Science. From there, she went to Loma Linda University and graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree.
Amorita has been able to see a wide variety of physical therapy settings through her clinical experiences. She has been able to experience outpatient neurology, outpatient orthopedics, and inpatient acute care, giving her a well rounded view on physical therapy. Amorita enjoys giving personalized care to each of her patients, ensuring their treatment is tailored to them.
Outside of work, Amorita enjoys hiking, snow sports, and surfing as well as being with friends and family!
Amy Goto graduated from the University of California, Davis with her Bachelors of Science in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior with a minor in Psychology. She also completed a Sports Medicine internship with UC Davis Athletics with their football, women's basketball, and men's soccer teams. Amy then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach.
Amy has worked as an outpatient physical therapist treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions, with emphasis on the vestibular population. She is dedicated to providing individualized care to patients of all ages and backgrounds so that they may achieve their personal goals.
Outside of work, Amy loves to hike with her dog, try new restaurants, and perform hula with her halau.
Graciela graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelors in Sociology. She then advanced towards earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA.
Graciela has experience working in multiple inpatient and outpatient settings including Grossmont Hospital,and Spine and Sport Physical Therapy. She found her passion in working in home health because of the quality care that comes with working one-on-one.
On her time off, Graciela enjoys spending time with her husband at home watching her favorite television shows with a home cooked meal.
Jenna graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in physical therapy. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos. She gained experience in the outpatient setting, treating a variety of patients with orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological disorders. She then transitioned into the outpatient mobile setting, where she discovered her passion for treating patients one-on-one, assisting them in achieving their functional goals, and returning to what is important to them in the comfort of their own homes.
Outside of work, she enjoys working out, hiking, and spending time at the beach with her husband and two pugs.
Kathleen is a passionate physical therapist with 18 years of experience treating orthopedic and neurologic conditions, with additional training in pelvic health and vestibular therapy.
In 2019, Kathleen became certified as a health coach through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute, and she currently utilizes an integrative and trauma- informed approach to support her client’s in reaching their goals. Kathleen is also certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist, with extensive education and experience in pregnancy and postpartum rehab, including diastasis recti and return to fitness postpartum.
As a Chicago native, Kathleen and her family are enjoying the year-round outdoor beauty San Diego has to offer!
Tiffany received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Southern California (USC). Prior to graduate school, Tiffany graduated cum laude with her Bachelors in Science in Human Biology as well as Bachelors in Arts in Dance from University of California San Diego (UCSD).
Tiffany has been dancing since she was 3 years old in a variety of styles including ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, Pointe, contemporary, salsa, and more. She fell in love with physical therapy after being a patient from a dance injury in high school and has been specializing in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy since 2018. She is a Certified Movement Links Therapist and has mastered her skills in identifying and managing both the source and contributing factors to musculoskeletal pain dysfunctions. She enjoys building good rapport with each of her patients while creating individualized and effective treatment plans.
Outside of physical therapy, Tiffany enjoys traveling the world with her husband, hiking, spending time with family and trying out new restaurants.
Annie graduated from Marquette University after completing a 6 year Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. Annie also received a BS in Athletic Training and worked with several of Marquette’s sports teams during her time there.
After graduation, Annie moved to Maui where she worked in outpatient orthopedics treating a wide variety of conditions. Annie moved to San Diego in 2022, and transitioned into treating mainly older adults. Annie has a passion for promoting health and wellness, helping her patients reach their goals, and making her treatments specific and tailored to the individual.
Outside of work Annie enjoys keeping active herself doing triathlons, yoga, pilates, free diving, and surfing. Annie is also an instructor for Deepend Fitness which is an underwater fitness class that promotes stress management through holding your breath.

Blair Braz graduated from the McGill University with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and minor in Psychology. Blair then went on to earn her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Blair worked in Canada as a physical therapist for 6 years before relocating with her family to California.
Blair has worked as a physical therapist in a variety of settings including outpatient therapy, pediatric school therapy, oncology, and in skilled nursing facilities. She enjoys treating patients across the entire lifespan; however she is particularly passionate about geriatric health. Blair is dedicated to creating strong therapeutic relationships and helping patients achieve their personal mobility goals through a fun and encouraging approach.
Outside of work, Blair loves to bake, try new restaurants, travel and spend time with her two boys and husband.
